It has been almost 2 months since I passed the eiken grade-1 exam. However, I have not used my English skills expect reading one recently. As many English learners say, unused skill is erased by brain as time goes by. Therefore, I decided to write an English article in this blog to maintain my writing skill.
Firstly, let me talk about a situation about job hunting. As I feared, it has been very hard to find jobs recently due to the pandemic. Although I get many invitations from various companies, it seems that most of them are not suitable for me. For example, there was a telephone advertising job about real estate. Since I do really hate making phone calls, I will not last long even though I start working there. As the situation gets worse, I started to think about the worst case -graduation without finding a job-. Even so, there is hope. If I stuck that situation, I am going to find part-time job of English teacher or interpreter. Thanks to eiken grade-1, there are plenty of choices for me.
Secondly, I am going to write what I thought about remote learning. Because of the pandemic, many educational institutes were forced to introduce remote learning. My university was not exceptional too. I have not entered the university's campus for long time except HSK exam and checkup. I experienced remote learning for consecutive 3 terms, and my impression is that remote learning is great. One reason is that I no longer have to commute in order to attend classes. It took me about 1~1.5 hours to commute, and remote leaning has erased that time. That allowed me to spare time for other stuffs like part-time job. However, not all students are happy with remote learning just like me. For instance, those who expected campus life must disappointed greatly. I am never going to boast my remote learning life in real life.
That's it. Phew, I wrote a lot. I am glad that my writing skill has not ebbed at all. Learning something has never ends. Hence, I am going to never get satisfied, and going to continue to brush up my English skill.
